The CLIMB is a free family friendly event that has something for everyone! We will walk from Lions Children’s Park to the lighthouse and back to the playground to enjoy raffles, games, the food truck “Oak City Pizza Co.” and much more! The CLIMB brings communities together to shine a light on a darkness we often don't speak about, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. PMADs are disorders such as postpartum depression and anxiety, which are the most common complication of pregnancy and childbirth. The goal of the CLIMB Out of the Darkness OKC is for survivors, providers, and members of the community to come together to share stories of hope, celebrate recovery, and to shine a light on the darkness.
